Refund & Return Policy

At Lume, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All tags and hygiene protections (if applicable) must be intact


2. Shapewear & Hygiene-Sensitive Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, shapewear items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, regardless of whether they have been opened or tried.

This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and quality standards of our products.


3. Swimwear / Burkini

For swimwear and burkini items:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and not tried directly on the body

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags intact


4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges within 14 days from the date of receiving your order (excluding shapewear).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Items must meet the return conditions stated above


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Shapewear items (see Section 2)

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days


8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
