Refund & Return Policy

At Lume, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

All tags and hygiene protections (if applicable) must be intact
2. Shapewear & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, shapewear items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, regardless of whether they have been opened or tried.
This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and quality standards of our products.
3. Swimwear / Burkini
For swimwear and burkini items:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and not tried directly on the body

Items must be in original packaging with all tags intact
4. Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 14 days from the date of receiving your order (excluding shapewear).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Items must meet the return conditions stated above
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Shapewear items (see Section 2)

Items that have been worn, used, or washed

Items without original packaging or tags

Items damaged by misuse

Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days
8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
